** Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour*
* ** 3.1 Security Experience (C112)*
* + Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of relevant security experience. This experience should include, but is not limited to, roles in security operations, loss prevention, or any position that involves safeguarding people, property, or information.

** 3.2 Customer Service Experience (B219)*
* + Candidates must demonstrate prior customer service experience. This includes roles that require direct interaction with customers, problem-solving, and the ability to handle inquiries and complaints effectively. A strong emphasis will be placed on candidates who can showcase their ability to maintain a positive customer experience.

** How This Role Works:*

** Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"):
** You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.

** Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program:
** In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

** Responsibilities:*
* + Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a manufacturing and industrial location.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.

+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout facility buildings, production areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

+ Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and vehicle activity in accordance with site-specific access-control procedures.

+ Document patrols, incidents, and unusual conditions in required reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

* + At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
