** Valid Driver's License:*
* 2. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license that complies with the Australian Driver Policy Requirements (C123).

3. Additionally, candidates must hold a valid driver's license specific to the job state in which they are applying (C124).

** EMT Certification:*
* 5. Candidates applying for positions that require emergency medical response must have a current EMT certification (C127). This certification must be valid and recognized by the relevant authorities.

* 7. Candidates should demonstrate comfort and proficiency in using a computer or tablet (B204). This includes familiarity with basic software applications and the ability to navigate digital platforms effectively.

* 9. A background in customer service is essential for all candidates (B219). Applicants should provide evidence of previous experience in customer-facing roles, highlighting their ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, access points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify unusual activity or conditions.

+ Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate security-related logs and records.

+ Communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership in accordance with post instructions.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ EMT certification is required.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
