We are partnering with a well-established commercial, residential, and industrial plumbing & heating contractor seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman to lead field operations. - Supervise commercial plumbing installations from start to finish
- Lead and coordinate field crews to maintain productivity and quality
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Manage labor, materials, and equipment to meet project deadlines
- Communicate job progress, RFIs, and change conditions to Project Manager
- Troubleshoot field issues and implement effective solutions
- Set and track daily and weekly production goals
- Enforce jobsite safety standards and conduct Toolbox Talks
- Maintain quality control and verify submittal compliance
- Complete daily reports, markups, and required documentation
- Journeyman Plumber License (City of Reading license preferred)
- 2+ years of Plumbing Foreman or supervisory experience
- Strong commercial plumbing project experience
- Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
- Proficiency with tablets, laptops, and construction software
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
