Commercial Installation Technician

Job Overview:

Culligan of West Reading, an award-winning franchise, is seeking Commercial Installation to join our highly recognized and successful team. With over 87 years of success in the PA region, Culligan is one of the world's most recognized leaders in water quality solutions. We are currently expanding and looking for dedicated individuals to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics and analysis to troubleshoot and repair equipment efficiently.
• Install, upgrade, and maintain water treatment equipment.
• Complete related paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Assist with the delivery and installation of products and equipment.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Communicate positively with customers and co-workers to maintain good public relations.
• Adhere to all safety rules and Culligan policies.
• Ability to travel daily and stay on the job until completion. Must be willing to be on-call as per contract requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to self-manage, work independently, and remotely.

Compensation:

• $28-35/hr depending on experience

Minimum Requirements:

• Appropriate, valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of the city area where you would be working
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal/written)
• Please note that employees who are offered a position are subject to a DOT physical (at time of hire and every two years after), a drug screen and a background check in accordance with state and Federal laws
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, and electronics is preferred.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a multitasker with strong troubleshooting skills.
