As an integral part of our team, you’ll enjoy earning up to $50 per flat rate hour, with a chance to pocket an additional $6 bonus per billed hour. Plus, high performers can cash in on a bonus worth over $6000!
IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED YOU MUST HAVE RV TECHNICIAN EXPERIENCEKey Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive diagnostic testing, repairs, and maintenance on RVs, including electrical, appliance, carpentry, and plumbing systems.
- Install and upgrade accessories and components, transforming RVs into dream machines.
- Collaborate with the service department to obtain work authorizations and factory approvals for warranty repairs.
- Track materials and equipment used, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in every job.
- Deliver a stellar pre-delivery inspection experience, providing walk-through demonstrations that impress customers.
- 5+ years as an RV service technician, proficient in RV construction, systems, and components.
- Exceptional diagnostic and repair abilities across a wide range of RV systems and components.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
- Impeccable attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Professional appearance and presence, with a commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Focus on safety with strict adherence to workplace guidelines and a clean workspace.
- Credibility, responsiveness, integrity, and ethical standards, handling competing demands with ease.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, conveying challenges and opportunities concisely.
- Ase/Rvia certifications are a plus.
- Valid driver’s license clear of suspensions for 3+ years.
- Must successfully pass a background and drug screen.
- Primary workplace is the service shop, requiring extended periods of standing, walking, and bending.
- May need to lift or move heavy equipment or objects.
- Navigate tight spaces and heights without intimidation.
- Occasional exposure to loud noises, fumes, or chemicals, with safety precautions in place.

At NIRVC, our customers mean everything to us. We are focused on supporting the RV lifestyle with our service department 7 days a week. We have recently transitioned to a 7-day schedule at our locations Atlanta & Dallas. All service positions in these locations operate on a 12-hour workday, working 3-4 days per week (with 3 or 4 days off per week), depending on the schedule.
