About the JobFMS has an open position of Maintenance Technician at a local K-12 School District.
Responsibilities- Daily routine maintenance of buildings, facilities and equipment repair
- Seasonal grounds keeping and snow removal and salt/ice melt application
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- HVAC, Plumbing, Carpentry and Electrical Experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to lift at least 40 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Must obtain clearances and pass criminal background checks
