** YOUR ROLE: HVAC Installation Lead
** As an
** HVAC Installation Lead**, you’ll take ownership of residential and light commercial installation projects from start to finish. You’ll lead a small crew, ensure high-quality workmanship, and deliver excellent customer experiences while upholding Armstrong’s reputation for integrity and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

*** Lead and perform installations of HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and related components.
* Plan and organize daily project tasks to ensure timely and efficient completion.
* Train and mentor installation apprentices and helpers.
* Conduct quality checks and ensure all work meets company and industry standards.
* Communicate effectively with homeowners, contractors, and team members throughout each project.
* Coordinate with office staff to manage schedules, materials, and job documentation.
* Ensure all safety and compliance standards are maintained on every job site.
