The Maintenance Mechanic keeps our associates safe by maintaining all equipment inside the warehouses/buildings and ensuring it meets industry standards and operates efficiently according to its specific tasks.

• Perform repairs, adjustments, and ongoing maintenance of facilities.
• Perform general electrical and/or repairs of various equipment on company premises.
• Conduct periodic inspections to determine maintenance work required.
• Maintain all equipment necessary to perform work.
• Obtain work schedule and daily production paperwork and prepare for operations.
• Perform daily safety checks.
• Perform maintenance, repairs, and installations on various equipment within guidelines of processes and standards.
• Maintain, replace, build, adjust, and modify the facilities, buildings, and the grounds according to a set schedule and in emergency and non‑emergency situations.
• Perform general housekeeping duties and keep maintenance area orderly and clean as required.
• At the end of the shift, secure all equipment and complete all necessary reports and paperwork.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• 6+ months maintenance and repair or related area experience.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

• 1+ years maintenance and repair or related area experience.
• 6+ months experience with conveyor systems and controls.
• Certifications:
  
  OSHA Forklift operator certificate, HVAC certification, welding certification, electrical certification.

• OSHA Forklift operator certificate.
• HVAC certification.
• Ammonia.
