Are you passionate about supporting families and making a lasting impact in your community? We are seeking a Bachelor's Level Family Counselor to join our Family Based program, which provides intensive, community-based support to families in need. Our team receives comprehensive training in Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy, leading to certification and equipping you with the skills to drive meaningful change.
What You'll Do
As a Family Counselor, you will:
- Work directly with families to address children's mental health needs and provide therapeutic support.
- Help families navigate crises, strengthen relationships, and build a resilient support system at home.
- Partner with a Master's-level Mental Health Professional to provide services to up to 8 families at a time.
- Assist in crisis response, case management, and weekly team supervision to enhance your clinical skills.
- Participate in an employer-paid training program to gain expertise in the ESFT model and earn valuable certification.
- Extensive training and certification in the evidence-based ESFT model.
- A supportive team environment with ongoing supervision and guidance.
