Position
QIDP Supervisor – Community Residential Homes (Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health, Berwyn, PA).
Schedule and CompensationFull‑time, Monday‑Friday 8:30 am–5:00 pm with an on‑call rotation. Annual salary range: $51,500–$58,710.
ResponsibilitiesDirect the daily operation of a residential facility for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Ensure programs meet therapeutic, social, emotional, health, and safety needs in accordance with Devereux Philosophy of Care, Center Procedures, Standards of Conduct, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with Center Leadership, external stakeholders, and contracted service providers to implement program plans and active treatment programs. Consult with Human Resources on employee relations, recruitment, retention, and provide training and mentoring to staff.
Qualifications- Minimum 21 years old; valid driver’s license.
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field.
- At least 3 years experience working directly with adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities, mental health diagnoses, and/or TBI.
- Empathetic, team player, strong written and verbal communication skills, energetic, creative, knowledgeable of behavior management theories, and a positive role model.
- Physical ability to walk, sit, stand, lift up to 75‑100 lbs, and use computers and office equipment as required.
- Completion of 8 days of new‑hire orientation.
