OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Data Delivery Lead to play a critical, hands‑on leadership role within the Enterprise Data Office (EDO). This role will own technical delivery execution across enterprise data initiatives, ensuring scalable, secure, compliant, and high‑quality data solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Azure‑based cloud data engineering, enterprise data modeling, healthcare payer data domains, and AI‑assisted SDLC practices. This role requires a strong technical leader who can independently drive execution, perform hands‑on development and architecture oversight, and govern AI‑assisted and agentic development workflows while maintaining architectural integrity and delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Technical Leadership & Hands‑On Delivery
- Serve as the technical owner and execution lead for enterprise data initiatives within the EDO.
- Conduct deep hands‑on code and design reviews across:
- Data pipelines
- Data models
- Cloud services
- Human‑written and AI‑generated code
- Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise standards for:
- Code quality and maintainability
- Data model accuracy and usability
- Performance, scalability, and cost optimization
- Security, compliance, and auditability
- Provide hands‑on support when necessary to:
- Debug complex data pipelines and platform issues
- Refactor transformations and data models
- Lead architectural modernization initiatives.
