Logistics Management Trainee – Alburtis, PA
SummaryDuring the 9–12 month training program, you will engage in on‑job learning, structured learning on logistics, and team‑based learning with future leaders. Exposure to multiple customer locations allows foundation knowledge of different operations and customer focus. After training, relocation within a specific geographical area is expected.
Responsibilities- Supervise, coordinate, and oversee daily logistics operations.
- Plan and review all logistics processes with the Logistics Manager to ensure consistency with company standards and customer service specifications.
- Establish work schedules, procedures, and coordinate employee activities for optimal shift/team logistics.
- Accountable for site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with customers in all operational aspects.
- Meet regularly with team members collectively and individually to monitor progress and performance.
- Cultivate team spirit with a Diversity and Inclusion initiative and seek opportunities to improve internal processes.
- Implement health, safety, and security initiatives and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Analyze account profitability, generate customer‑specific reports and financial analysis, and recommend continuous improvements.
- Learn financial aspects of the job and how the role connects to account stability. Build trust and onboard new hires.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Transportation or related field (or equivalent education and experience).
- At least one year of leadership experience in extra‑curricular activities.
- Preferred: one year of internship experience.
- Salary: $60,000 – $63,000 per year, paid twice per month.
