JOB DETAILS: FULL TIME, MON - FRI, DAY SHIFT, $20.50-$21.50/HR. PAID WEEKLY. MEDICAL/DENTAL/VISION/LIFE/401K AFTER 90 DAYS. PTO AVAILABLE

• Operate straight trucks safely and efficiently to transport freight between designated local locations.
• Ensure timely pickup and delivery of goods while adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections to maintain vehicle safety standards.
• Handle local pickup and delivery (PUD) assignments; assistance from a lumper is provided when necessary.
• Utilize provided equipment such as pallet jacks and dollies for loading and unloading cargo.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle inspections as required.
• Follow all traffic laws and company procedures to ensure safety on the road and at delivery sites.

• Experience operating straight trucks is preferred.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and traffic laws.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physical ability to load and unload cargo as required.
