• Inbound Logistics:
  Manage the receipt of goods, including unloading trucks (dry vans or flatbeds), verifying item counts, and coordinating with international and local logistics teams. Operate forklifts (both sit‑down and stand‑up) and walking stackers efficiently, ensuring safe and accurate placement of goods.
• Stock Allocation & Storage:
  Optimize pallet storage and product placement according to company guidelines. Responsible for the dynamic organization of warehouse racking systems to facilitate easy access and efficient storage, keeping in mind project‑specific requirements.
• Outbound Logistics:
  Oversee the pick, pack, and preparation of materials for dispatch, ranging from small parcels to full truckloads. Utilize barcode scanning for inventory management and ensure shipments are securely and optimally packed. Coordinate with the sales and customer‑service teams to ensure a customer‑centric shipping process.
• Clerical Functions & Coordination:
  Interface with freight brokers, manage customs clearance processes, and maintain documentation for inbound and outbound logistics. Process warehousing and logistics claims in our ERP system and communicate stock value changes effectively.
• Warehouse Maintenance:
  Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse environment, including the operation of floor scrubbers and waste management.

• Proven experience in warehouse management operations, with a strong understanding of logistics, customs (import/export), and inventory management.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with transportation management systems and ERP.
• Forklift operation skills and a keen eye for detail in inventory management.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrating hands‑on organizational talents.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, with excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal and external parties.
