Flex Warehouse​/Driver Associate - Freedom, PA

Job Overview

Holman Powertrain seeks a Flex Warehouse/Driver to join our team in Freedom, PA. Starting pay: $23‑$25 per hour, Monday‑Friday starting gible for benefits within 30 days of employment.

• Pull part purchases from stock and deliver to drivers.
• Stock incoming parts and return parts.
• Maintain inventories of all inventoried items (controlled and/or non‑controlled).
• Barcode all incoming parts and equipment.
• Unload delivery trucks and lift heavy boxes.
• Operate a forklift and pallet jack.
• Follow all company safety policies and report accidents immediately.
• Load, secure, and deliver automobile parts (engines, transmissions, small parts, etc.) to customers.
• Drive to customer locations, unload and reload truck using a pallet jack or forklift.
• Lift up to 50lbs without assistance.

• Use scanner/print pad to log returned goods and track delivery of goods and returns.
• Check‑in finished goods before loading vehicle.

• Prior warehouse experience.
• Prior truck driving experience.
• Forklift and pallet jack experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, freight, and commercial truck driving and/or warehouse operations.
• Experience with wireless inventory system is desired.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Positive energy while working in a team setting.
• Technical knowledge.
• Must be able to drive up to non‑CDL 24’ box trucks.
• Must pass a DOT application process and physical.
• Must be forklift certified and able to use a pallet jack.
