Job Overview

Med Trans is Medline's fleet of professional drivers delivering lifesaving medical products to commercial and residential customers. The fleet comprises 1,900+ trucks and a network of over 50 distribution centers, offering 1‑day shipping to 95% of the U.S.

The Driver operates a Class B vehicle to transport life‑saving medical products, building positive customer relationships through timely, accurate, and safe deliveries.

• Load and secure product from the Medline facility into a truck.
• Safely operate a Class B vehicle between the facility and multiple customer destinations; comply with Medline’s safety regulations, including safety equipment and checks.
• Unload and deliver product at customer facilities, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Provide in‑person support to customers, addressing questions and needs and providing appropriate documentation upon delivery.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding necessary adjustments to route or schedule to meet customer needs and maintain safe operations.
• Maintain a travel and cargo log in accordance with Federal and State regulations and company policy.
• Perform vehicle inspection to ensure safe operation and sufficient fuel for continued use.

• Valid US driver’s license.
• Valid Commercial Learner’s Permit (CLP) for Class B license or valid Class E license if required by state.
• Minimum 2 years driving experience.
• Must meet all Federal and State requirements for operating commercial motor vehicles.
• Clean driving record with no serious violations.
• Frequent lifting of supplies/equipment up to 50 lb.

Anticipated salary range: $22.75 - $33.00 hourly. Actual salary varies by location, education, experience, skills and abilities. The company will not pay less than applicable minimum wage or salary thresholds.
