The Dress Driver is responsible for the safe and timely delivery of packaged goods to designated locations while representing Bell & Evans with professionalism and reliability. This position involves traveling state to state to deliver product goods to stores or warehouses, with the opportunity to return home regularly.

As a CDL Class A Reefer Driver, you'll safely transport refrigerated product to distribution centers, warehouses, and customer locations throughout the region. You'll be an important part of our operation, ensuring our products arrive on time and in excellent condition.

Responsibilities include:

• Operating tractor-trailers safely and professionally while complying with all DOT regulations.
• Delivering refrigerated freight to designated locations.
• Completing pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintaining accurate ELD records.
• Monitoring reefer operation and fuel levels throughout each trip.
• Maintaining a strong safety record and representing Bell & Evans professionally at all customer locations.
• Communicating effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and customers.
• Assisting with transportation operations as needed to support the team.

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 1 year of CDL driving experience
• Safe driving record and commitment to DOT compliance
• Dependable, self-motivated, and customer-focused
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as operational needs require
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
