Child Welfare Transport Driver

Justice Works Youth Care is seeking a reliable and compassionate Child Welfare Transport Driver to provide safe transportation and support for children and families involved in social service programs.

Compensation: $20 - $22/hourly

Schedule:

Part-time with some evenings/weekends

Location:

Berks County, PA

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to pass all required background clearances.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment/post-offer drug screening.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.

What You'll Do:

• Safely transport children and families to and from social services, medical appointments, school, and community resources.
• Maintain clear communication between families and Justice Works field staff.
• Keep an accurate, organized transportation schedule, ensuring timely pick-ups and drop-offs.
• Use a personal vehicle for transportation unless a Justice Works vehicle is available at an office that provides one.
