This is aFull-Time Dispatcherposition with KRP Transport delivering packages in776 Saegers Station Road, Montgomery, PA, USA
We are actively hiring and filling roles quickly. We need reliable, independent, and motivated individuals who can work in a fast-paced environment, stay organized, and deliver with urgency.
As a dispatcher you will be responsible to streamlinedispatch operations to enhanceefficiency and delivery performance and safety. Updatethepolicies for employees to motivate and retain top talent and Manageday-to-day business operations, including DA routes, scheduling, and time management. Optimize fixed and variable costs such as insurance, telecommunications, fuel, and other operational expenses. Develop and implement robust company policies to ensure safety, training and vehicle maintenance updates.
Provide daily and weekly operational reports to senior management. Manage relationships with key vendors, including those for accounting, hiring, and other essential services. Cultivate a vibrant and motivating company culture that promotes growth and employee satisfaction.

Pay cycle - Weekly
Payrate - $24.50/hour
- $24.50/hour (paid weekly)

Full-Time ( Seasonal Employees) - Shifts starting as early as
10 AM - Immediate openings –
start within 1–2 weeks
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations for a team of
40–60 delivery associates. - Lead daily stand-up meetings and dispatch operations.
- Own the DSP Scorecard by monitoring performance metrics and implementing coaching plans to improve safety, quality, productivity, and customer experience.
- Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions with drivers using scorecard data, Netradyne events, Mentor performance, and customer feedback to improve individual and team performance.
- Monitor on-time delivery, route completion, attendance, safety scores, DCR, CDF, POD quality, and customer feedback.
- Develop staffing plans and scheduling strategies based on route forecasts.
- Oversee fleet maintenance, inspections, registrations, fueling, and damage management.
- Conduct ride-alongs and field observations to reinforce safe driving and delivery best practices.
- Identify operational challenges and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Utilize Excel dashboards and reporting tools to improve efficiency.
- Partner with ownership to develop action plans that achieve and maintain
Fantastic Plus
performance. - Ensure compliance with policies, DOT regulations, and company safety standards.
- Must be
21+ years old - Minimum2 years of DSP prefered dispatcher
. - Experience managing hourly employees in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and reporting skills.
- Basic understanding of fleet and vehicle operations.
- Proven ability to analyze operational metrics and translate data into actionable coaching.
- Strong conflict resolution, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience improving safety performance and driver engagement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
- Valid
For NON CDL - Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must pass background check and4-panel drug screening
- Must have a
clean motor vehicle record (MVR) - Must be able to use
smartphone for delivery operations - Comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Company support, training, and necessary operational guidance
- Uniforms and safety gear as needed
