This role focuses on providing safe, dependable transportation and supportive interaction for senior adults and individuals using mobility devices. As a Part-time Van Driver, you will perform the following duties:

• Transportation Services:
  Provide safe, reliable travel for senior adults and wheelchair-dependent individuals in accordance with policies
• Passenger Assistance:
  Help riders board, exit, and move across uneven pathways while maintaining safety, dignity, and comfort
• Communication:
  Maintain clear interaction with consumers, dispatch, and agency staff through conversation and radio communication
• Technology Use:
  Use tablets and approved tools to access schedules, record transportation activities, and complete required program documentation
• Professional Conduct:
  Demonstrate patience, strong communication, and professionalism while working independently

• Part-time employment
• Work hours:
  
  Transportation operates 4:00AM to 9:00PM, Monday through Friday with limited hours on Saturday.
• Telework:
  You will not have the option to telework in this position.

  In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

• One year of employment which required operation of a motor vehicle as a regular duty; or
• Any equivalent combination of experience and training.

• You must possess a valid Pennsylvania driver’s license.

• No suspension of driver’s license within the last three years.

• You must be able to perform essential job functions.

• You must pass a background investigation.
• A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination and drug screening.
• This position falls under the provisions of the Child Protective Services Law.
