Warehouse Associate Back Half Day Shift

Freight Breakers LLC seeks reliable and motivated team members to join our Box Loader/Unloader team in White Haven, PA.

In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently loading and unloading boxes in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Hand-load boxes from a conveyor onto trailers
• Scan boxes into the trailer using a handheld scanner
• Move cages to and from staging areas
• Ensure loads are completed quickly, safely, neatly, and accurately

• Unload boxes from floor-loaded trailers onto a conveyor
• Scan incoming boxes
• Sort and place boxes into cages

This is a performance-based position:

• Paid per case loaded/unloaded
• Higher productivity means higher earnings
• Team efficiency directly impacts your pay

• 1st Shift: Wednesday - Saturday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Overtime may be required as needed
• 10‑hour shifts

• Strong attendance and punctuality are mandatory
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Able to lift and carry 5–50 lbs consistently
• Reliable transportation
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to work for extended periods in a physically demanding environment
