Bilingual Shipping Lead - 2nd Shift

Responsibilities:

• Lead Daily Operations – Coordinate and oversee shipping activities, assigning tasks and ensuring team productivity and accuracy.
• Support Team Performance – Train, guide, and assist material handlers while addressing questions and resolving issues.
• Order Fulfillment Oversight – Ensure accurate picking, packing, and preparation of outbound orders.
• Shipping Execution – Verify shipping documents, labels, and load outbound shipments safely and on time.
• Receiving Support – Assist with unloading, inspecting, and verifying incoming shipments against documentation.
• Inventory Accuracy – Ensure proper storage, organization, and rotation of materials to maintain inventory integrity.
• Quality & Compliance – Inspect products for damage or discrepancies and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Safety & Organization – Enforce safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience (2+ yrs) in shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, or a related field is preferred.
• Good knowledge of shipping processes and inventory management.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and basic computer applications.
