Busy Bees Reading, part of the UK's leading nursery group, is seeking a Room Leader to oversee multiple rooms and integrate educational strategies centre-wide. You will inspire your team to achieve high standards of care and learning in a leadership capacity.
Ideal candidates hold Level 3 in early years, with supervisory experience and strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills, and a passion for children's development and family relationships.
