Are you an enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner looking for a rewarding new opportunity? A warm, welcoming nursery in Reading is seeking a dedicated early years professional to join their friendly team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you'll play a key role in creating engaging learning experiences that encourage children to grow in confidence, curiosity, and independence while ensuring they feel safe, valued, and supported every day.
The Role
The successful Level 3 Nursery Practitioner will:
Plan and deliver fun, engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
Support children's learning, development, and emotional wellbeing.
Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive nursery environment.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the nursery.
About You
The ideal Level 3 Nursery Practitioner will have:
A recognised Level 3 qualification in Childcare or an equivalent early years qualification.
A good understanding of the EYFS framework.
A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to supporting young children.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A genuine passion for helping children achieve the best possible start in life.
