Ultimate Activity seeks an Early Years Leader to supervise the delivery of the Early Years programme on camp for 4- and 5-year-olds, ensuring EYFS standards and high-quality care. You will coordinate a small team, liaise with Ofsted inspectors, and act as the main contact for parents.
With support from the Camp Manager, you will foster a safe, energetic and nurturing environment, manage registrations, and deliver engaging activities across sports, arts and crafts to inspire children every day.
