Anderson Wright Consulting seeks an experienced Deputy Manager for a children’s residential home in the Milton Keynes area. You will support the Registered Manager, oversee the team of Residential Support Workers and ensure high-quality, safeguarding-focused care in line with Ofsted regulations.
The role requires a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to achieve), 2+ years in a residential setting, and strong leadership and record-keeping skills.
