Brighter Homes in Winnersh, Reading, is seeking a Residential Childcare Worker to support children with disabilities in our new home. You will provide child-centred care, safeguard wellbeing, and help children develop life skills in line with Care Plans and regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate will have or work towards a Level 3 Children Residential Childcare qualification, strong communication and empathy, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while keeping records up to date.
