We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join our team in Reading, supporting various nurseries and preschools in the area, and contributing to the development of children’s educational experiences through creative and engaging activities. This role offers flexible hours, a competitive hourly rate of £14.50–£15, and an immediate start. As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting daily routines, activities, and educational experiences for children in a safe and caring environment, utilising your skills and experience to provide high‑quality childcare and education.

We are looking for candidates with a passion for working with children and education, a fun, engaging, and creative personality, and the ability to travel around Reading for nursery placements. Ideally, you will have a Level 2 childcare qualification, although this is not essential for individuals looking to start a career in the early years sector. You should be committed to providing high‑quality childcare and education, and be able to work effectively as part of a team to support the development of children.
