All screens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a Deputy Home Manager to support leadership of a children’s residential home. You will help maintain a warm, safe environment for young people and lead a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care in line with regulatory standards.
The role requires at least 3 years in a children’s residential setting, a Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Childcare, and a track record of positive Ofsted outcomes.
