Children's Home Registered Manager - Up to £70,000 - Monday to Friday Lead with Care and Make a Lasting Difference
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Children's Home Registered Manager to take the reins of a brand-new residential service for children and young people. What We're Looking For:- A recognised Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Children's Residential Care or the willingness to work towards it (must already hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent).
- Proven experience managing a children's residential home
. - Strong leadership, people management, and organisational skills.
- Excellent knowledge of safeguarding, children's rights, and residential childcare standards.
- Ability to work flexibly, including on-call duties.
- Passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people.

- Ensure the home consistently meets or exceeds Ofsted regulations and quality standards.
- Lead by example in creating a safe, nurturing, and positive environment for children and young people.
- Oversee care planning, safeguarding, and daily operations of the home.
- Recruit, train, and develop staff, supporting them to reach their full potential.
- Manage budgets, resources, and administrative responsibilities effectively.
Work collaboratively with external agencies, families, and professionals to deliver the best outcomes.
