Gloucestershire County Council seeks a Family Help Lead to support children, young people and families. You will deliver evidence-based interventions, undertake Family Help assessments, and coordinate multi-agency support using a strengths-based approach.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team across Targeted Early Help and Child in Need thresholds, with progression through a career grade and a comprehensive workforce development programme.
