Dickory Docks Day Nursery in Reading is seeking a dynamic Nursery Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive quality of care and education, and develop the team in line with EYFS and Ofsted requirements.
As Registered Manager, you will own safeguarding, DBS checks, staff performance, occupancy targets, and communication with families, reporting to the owner and board. This role requires Level 3 EYFS, substantial experience, and flexible availability for events.
