• Ensure smooth operation of the overnight and guests’ experience is relaxing and effortless.
• Maintain guest information with integrity and discretion.
• Respond to guest requests, process nightly guest service tasks and nightly reports.
• Serve as calm, caring presence that allows guests to rest and wake to excellence.

• Previous experience in guest service or hospitality – ideal; familiarity with front desk or night audit duties is a plus.
• Independent & Reliable: self‑sufficient, organized, maintains calm and accuracy throughout the night.
• Detail‑Oriented: approaches every task with precision and care.
• Multilingual: additional languages are a plus.
