As a Casual Waiter, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience within a busy food and beverage outlet. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a high-quality hospitality environment, providing outstanding service to guests in a relaxed yet professional atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities Provide friendly and efficient food and beverage service to guests throughout their dining experience.

Welcome guests warmly, take orders accurately, and offer menu recommendations when appropriate.

Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth and timely  attentive to guest needs, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.

Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables, dining areas, and service stations.

Handle guest queries and feedback professionally, resolving issues or escalating when necessary.

About You Previous experience in a restaurant or fast-paced hospitality environment.

Confident working in a busy service environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Friendly, approachable, and professional with a positive attitude.

Flexible availability, including early morning, evenings and weekends.

A strong team player who enjoys creating memorable experiences for guests.
