Job Description

As a Casual Room Attendant you will ensure guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and ready for every arrival. You’ll work flexible shifts as part of a casual contract, using the knowledge and skills you have from previous employment or life experience to create memorable guest experiences.

• Keep guest rooms spotless: clean and tidy assigned rooms, make beds, clean bathrooms, dust, vacuum, and perform deep‑cleaning tasks as needed.
• Replenish linens and amenities: replace bed linens, towels, and guest essentials as required.
• Manage supplies: stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart daily.
• Delight guests: respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
• Manage waste disposal: dispose of trash and recyclables in the designated areas.
