An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Guest Services Supervisor to join a prestigious commercial property in Reading, supporting the day-to-day operation of a high-profile, multi-occupancy building.

Reporting to the Building Manager, youll play a key role in delivering an exceptional occupier and guest experience while supporting the smooth operational management of the site. This is a varied, hands-on role combining front-of-house excellence with operational coordination, stakeholder engagement and facilities support.

The Role

Reporting directly into the Building Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Acting as the main point of contact for occupiers, visitors and contractors
• Delivering an exceptional front-of-house and customer experience at all times
• Managing occupier queries, resolving issues and maintaining strong communication
