Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager in Training. You will embark on a structured MIT program, guided by a Development Coach, with a 7-step induction and monthly meetings to learn standards and hotel culture.
Over the course of three six-month rotations, you will gradually take on more responsibility, learn to lead service professionals, and graduate ready for an Assistant Manager role within a luxury environment.
