Experience in supervisory or managerial roles, ideally in hospitality. - Customer focus

As Night Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to person for guests and staff overnight:
- Welcome guests

Handle late check-ins, early check-outs, and overnight inquiries with care. - Ensure security

Monitor safety across the property and respond to any incidents. - Respond to emergencies

Follow procedures and act swiftly to ensure guest and staff wellbeing. - Handle admin

Process reservations, payments, and prepare nightly reports. - Conduct audits
:
Balance financial transactions and complete night audit procedures. - Support the team

Assist housekeeping, maintenance, and security staff as needed.
