Valor Hospitality is seeking a friendly Reservations and Events Agent to join our team. You’ll handle enquiries, take reservations, and work with the events program to maximise occupancy and room rates while keeping the reception team informed about occupancy, no-shows, VIPs and events.
You will deliver attentive, brand-aligned service and collaborate with a busy team across planned shifts seven days a week.
