Service Engineer / Field Service Technician / Fire Engineer
Join a world leading HVAC Solutions provider.
Responsibilities- Undertake planned service, PPM, remedial works on Electrical/HVAC systems including ventilation, extract fans, AOV control panels/systems, fire and smoke dampers, smoke ventilation products.
- Carry out general service works on electrical/HVAC systems.
- Update service documentation and complete accurate on‑site work reports.
- Liaise with clients, on‑site professionals, and wider internal engineering team.
- Work unsupervised on smoke ventilation projects.
- Travel throughout London and the South East of England, including Kent, Essex.
- Background in service, maintenance, installation of general fire, electrical, HVAC, ventilation systems.
- Electrical building services qualification (e.g., City & Guilds 18th Edition or Level 3 Electrical certification).
- Experience in undertaking remedial, planned service work on fire, electrical building services, HVAC, ventilation systems.
- Full clean UK driving licence.
- Salary: £35,000 – £45,000
