An experienced and qualified (level
3)
Van Technician is required to work at one of our customers site (Reading Borough Council) to provide a dedicated and professional service.

Working 40 hours between on earlies:

-  and Sat's  when required

Paying to £21.00 pr hr for a 40 hour week plus overtime at time and a half and for any required Saturday mornings

Duties:

• Ensure repairs are carried out according to manufacturer’s procedures and in a safe and responsible manner.
• Ensure repairs are carried out in accordance with Renault Standard Times using Renault Special Tools where appropriate.
• Assist in the fault diagnosis process.
• Comply with warranty procedures during repairs and with warranty material on completion of a repair.
• Work with the parts team to ensure the correct replacement parts are fitted to the vehicles.

Required knowledge & experience:

• LCV Technician - City and Guilds, NVQ 3 or equivalent
• Completed an apprenticeship in LCV / HGV industry or equivalent experience
• Experience with in the commercial vehicle industry - Vans.
