30,000 - 40,000 OTE + 15% Employer Pension + 40 Days Holiday + 36-Hour Week + 2,700 On-Call Allowance + 600 Skill Payments

Looking for an Electrical Maintenance role within a diverse University Campus offering market-leading company benefits including enhanced pension(15%), excellent holiday entitlement (40 days) and salary enhancements?

This is a permanent, in-house Senior Electrician position within a large University estate - offering predictable hours, structured workload, strong long-term security and additional earnings through skill payments and on-call.

With a 36-hour week, 39 days' leave and circa 15% employer pension contribution, this role is built around stability and work-life balance - not constant commercial site pressure.

The Role

  • Deliver planned and reactive electrical maintenance across campus buildings
  • Carry out fault finding, testing and compliance works
  • Ensure statutory electrical compliance and safe systems of work
  • Join the on-call rota after initial period ( 2,900 annual allowance)

The Person

  • NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
  • 18th Edition
  • Strong electrical maintenance and fault-finding experience
  • 2391 Testing & Inspection (additional 600 payment if held)
  • JIB Gold Card (additional 600 payment if held)
