Location: North London to South Coast

Salary: Up to £45,000 + Door-to-Door Pay + Overtime

CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join an established organisation covering a commercial portfolio from North London to the South Coast. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out service, maintenance, and reactive works across a diverse commercial portfolio, including healthcare, hospitality, office, and mixed-use buildings.

• 40-hour week (08:00 – 17:00)
• 1-in-7 call-out rota

• Service, maintenance, and reactive repair of commercial air conditioning systems
• Fault finding and diagnostics on split, multi-split, VRV/VRF systems
• Maintenance of AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation systems
• Completion of planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Participation in call-out rota (1-in-7)
• Accurate completion of service documentation
• Ensuring compliance with F-Gas regulations and Health & Safety standards
• Maintaining professional client relationships on site

• F-Gas Category 1 certification
• NVQ Level 2 / City & Guilds in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or equivalent)
• Demonstrable experience in commercial AC service and maintenance
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding ability
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

• Salary up to £45,000 (dependent on experience)
