• Any Trade qualification ( Carpentry / Plumbing etc.)
• Legionella : L8 Desired not essential

To carry out pre:planned and reactive maintenance

You work may include but not limited to;
Changing door locks, skirting board replacement, hanging doors, changing taps, sinks and toilets, painting and decorating

To liaise with management and client

Work alongside subcontractors and other engineers
