You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of building maintenance activities across the estate. This includes carpentry repairs, roofing maintenance, pathway and surface repairs, minor building works, external maintenance and general estate upkeep. The role requires a practical, multi‑skilled approach and would suit someone who enjoys solving problems and taking ownership of varied maintenance tasks.

• Days‑based role working 8:00am-4:00pm, Monday to Friday
• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a large estate
• Carpentry repairs including doors, fittings and building fabric
• Roofing inspections and minor roof repairs
• General building maintenance and external works
• Pathway, paving and surface repairs
• Investigating and repairing building defects
• Supporting planned preventative maintenance activities
• Using CAFM systems to manage and record work
• Working closely with contractors and internal stakeholders
• Participating in the call‑out rota with additional earnings

• Recognised apprenticeship or Level 3 qualification in a relevant trade
• Background in Carpentry, Roofing, Building Maintenance or similar
• Experience with in estates, facilities or property maintenance environments
• Multi‑skilled maintenance experience across a range of building trades
• Able to carry out both internal and external maintenance work
• Strong understanding of safe working practices
• Able to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Full UK driving licence
