Do you live in or around the Reading area and can travel in and across Oxfordshire and wider locations?

Arcus FM are hiring an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join our growing team, servicing a range of multi‑site retail clients.

You’ll be on the road, keeping our clients’ supermarket refrigeration systems running smoothly across your patch, carrying out high‑quality diagnostics, maintenance, servicing and repairs while delivering outstanding customer service.

This is a hands‑on, mobile role where no two days are the same.

Essential:

• Valid UK driver’s license
• Refrigeration engineering experience
• F‑Gas certification (C&G 2079)
• Excellent communication and time‑management
• A strong work ethic, with Health & Safety awareness

Desirable:

• CO2 Qualification
• Supermarket refrigeration experience

Additional info:

• The role will involve working 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• On‑call rota: 1 in every 4 weeks

• Competitive Salary – Up to £51,261 per annum (depending on experience)
