Interior Plant Technician

Interior Plant Technician – Bristol branch, covering Farnborough, Reading and surrounding areas. No prior experience required; comprehensive, industry-leading training provided. If you are proactive and have a passion for horticulture, plants and flowers, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

In this role, you will travel to various customer locations to install and maintain a range of interior and exterior plant and flower displays.

• Maintaining scenting units and cartridges
• Assisting in the installation of seasonal displays
• Working closely with the sales team to create an agreed design
• Providing exceptional customer service and upholding a professional image at all times

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs
• Able to undertake physical tasks such as installing planters and hanging baskets
• Enjoy driving and be comfortable with working at heights
• DBS check may be required depending on the role
• Overtime opportunities to meet customer needs

• Salary: £26,700 per annum with expected OTE of £30,911 per annum (bonus and commission schemes available)

• Full-time, permanent role:
  Monday to Friday (40 hours), with potential for up to 48 hours in the future with salary adjustments
