THE ROLE
As a Panel Beater / Panel Technician, you'll be responsible for repairing damaged vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring every repair is completed safely, efficiently and in line with manufacturer specifications.

Key responsibilities include:

· Repairing and replacing damaged vehicle panels using approved repair techniques.

· Carrying out structural and cosmetic body repairs to manufacturer standards.

· Straightening vehicle bodywork using specialist repair equipment.

· Removing and refitting body panels where required to complete repairs.

· Working closely with MET Technicians and Paint Sprayers to ensure efficient workflow.

· Completing repairs within agreed timescales without compromising quality.

· Following all health and safety procedures and manufacturer repair methods.

· Maintaining a clean, organised and professional working environment.

ABOUT YOU
We're looking for a skilled Panel Beater / Panel Technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality repairs and enjoys working as part of a collaborative Bodyshop team.

You will ideally have:

· A recognised qualification in Vehicle Body Repair (NVQ, IMI, SVQ or ATA) or equivalent industry experience.

· Previous experience as a Panel Beater, Panel Technician or Vehicle Body Repair Technician.

· Strong knowledge of modern body repair techniques and manufacturer repair methods.

· The ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of workmanship.

· Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.

· A positive attitude with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

· A full UK driving licence.
