Air Conditioning Engineer

Overview

Air-Con Engineer (install and service experience).

The package and opportunities for this role are described below.

• £45,000 - £50,000 basic salary (£60k+ OTE)
• Monthly bonus / profit share – averages from £700 - £1,700 (uncapped)
• Travel within 25 miles of HQ in North Reading
• Continuous improvement – the company will put you through courses/qualifications, provide Private Healthcare and an Employee Benefit Scheme (gym memberships and vouchers)

Based just above Reading, and established for 20+ years, this domestic HVAC installer (and service) is a regional leader and has doubled revenue in the last 2 years (multi-millions) whilst gaining 2000+ 5 star reviews online.

They install a range of HVAC technologies but Air-Con appears to be their fastest growing area. They have 20+ engineers who are training on Air-Con, and you will be the first specialist with proven experience – offering fast potential into a Team Lead.

Someone with strong customer communication skills and a strong level of experience in Air-Conditioning (install and service).

The company is happy to put you through qualifications if you do not have them already (F-Gas etc).
