• Any Trade qualification (Carpentry/Plumbing etc.)
• Legionella L8 (desired, not essential)

To carry out pre-planned and reactive maintenance.

Tasks may include: changing door locks, skirting board replacement, hanging doors, changing taps, sinks and toilets, painting and decorating.

To liaise with management and client.

Work alongside subcontractors and other engineers.
